Shipping and Handling Changes July 2022

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your valued support and continued loyalty, specifically during the last few years of unprecedented events.

In the current inflationary environment, we are continuing to see our customers facing record increases in fuel, shipping, packaging, and labor costs. In light of that we ask that you please review your current shipping methods. Gems and our carriers have built strong partnerships that allow us to attempt to mitigate these increases and thereby pass the savings to our customers. Please see the below costs if you choose to ship through our prepaid and add program.

If you choose to use your own shipping method and account, you will be subject to the fees listed below.

Order Value over $10,000 = $100

Order Value between $500-$10,000= 1% of invoice value
Order Value over $10,000 = $100
 

 

In review of Gems Shipping and Handling policies, the above changes will be made to all orders shipped on or after July 5th, 2022.  As a reminder outside of contractual agreements regarding handling fees all customers will be charged shipping and handling.
